The Revolution

Transforming lives through social enterprise

Radiance Metals strives to create a world where every underprivileged young man and woman has the opportunity to earn a living wage* and learn skills that will help them become upstanding members of society.  This  can be accomplished as for-profit businesses realize their power to do good through their hiring and training practices.

Make an impact in the community today by tackling one or more of the following challenges:

  • The Hire-Education Challenge
Transform lives through our Hire-Education Challenge!  By hiring and educating at least one underprivileged young man or woman, your organization helps transform not only his or her life, but also the lives of their mentors: men and women who step up and realize their potential to turn an “ordinary” job into something extraordinary.  Become part of a movement of businesses making a difference:  contact us at Info@RadianceMetals.com to find out more information and resources about how your company can get involved.
  • The Mentors’ Challenge
Make a difference in a young person’s life, right in your own community!  Take the Mentors’ Challenge and get involved with one of our partner organizations, who work with disadvantaged youth in communities throughout the nation.  Contact us at Info@RadianceMetals.com for more information.
  • The Phone Challenge
Make a difference in an underprivileged youth’s life today!  It’s easy – take the Phone Challenge and simply gather up the used cell phones in your house and recycle them with Radiance.  This benefits the environment, and better yet, helps us provide more employment, mentoring, and education for underprivileged youth.  Click here to recycle your phone.Want to multiply your impact? Start a phone drive or partner with your favorite organization to do a Phone Fundraiser that raises funds for the organization while also benefiting the work of Radiance.  Contact us at Info@RadianceMetals.com for more information.
